19TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 19th Annual General Meeting of the Joint Branch, followed by dinner, will be held on

Friday, December 6th, 2019, at 1830 hours at 

The Carnation Room
3rd Fl. SPGG, Gate no 4,
1010 Dover Road, Singapore.

Elections for a number of committee positions will also be held during the AGM, and members who are interested in joining the committee should kindly complete the attached nomination form along with proposer/seconded details and signatures, and hand it in at the commencement of AGM proceedings on Dec 6th.

Any members wishing to table any agenda item, are kindly reminded to send this to the Secretary, at least one week before the AGM (Constitution Cl 7.8) at following email Secretary.sing@branches.imarest.org.

A minimum of 21 members is required to achieve quorum. However, I look forward to many more members attending and participating in this very important event of YOUR Joint Branch.
