Presented by Rachel Mulholland, Senior Marine Advisor at Cefas providing scientific and policy advice to UK Government, Regulators and SNCBs in the area of Marine Spatial Planning. Rachel is currently working on the development and implementation of marine planning policy in Wales, specifically land-sea interactions, cross-border and transboundary considerations. Rachel has a background in environmental law and terrestrial planning as well as land-sea planning and management interactions.
