About this webinarA step change in the change in T26 capability through evolution of the combat system. A discussion of how development of the T26 supporting networks and infrastructure will lead to closer integration between the Marine and Weapon engineering domains. The webinar will additionally provide a summary of the T26 Combat Capability.
About the speakerCdr K J Bowers MEng(Hons) CEng MIET RN.
Keith joined the Navy in Sep 2002 having graduated from Durham University with a MEng in Electronic Systems Engineering. Keith joined the T26 project team in DE&S and was promoted during his time there to Cdr taking over as the Combat System Manager/Approval Authority.
Captain Gavin J Edward BEng(Hons) MSc CEng MIET.
Gavin joined the Royal Navy in 1991 as an Officer Cadet straight after A-Levels, studying for a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering alongside his Naval training. He has served in numerous ships as a Weapon Engineer Officer responsible for the effective operation of combat systems, which include: real-time data networks, communications, missile systems, guns, radars, sonars.
